Safety and Sanitation

Guest, employee and community safety are our chief priorities. In responding to the COVID-19 reality, we have implemented an even more rigorous set of cleaning protocols based on CDC recommendations and improving on our own high standards of cleaning excellence.

• All vacation beach homes are disinfected using environmentally safe disinfectants.
• As is standard CBVR protocol, our Field Team will remove all linens and send them to our commercial laundry facility for cleaning and disinfecting. Newly cleaned and disinfected linens are delivered between all guests. All property surfaces, hard and soft, are cleaned with EPA-approved products found on the CDC’s website.
